2. AIDA website progress / Presented by Vice President, Mario Zuzic.

Prototyp has started their work on AIDA website, report of progress is sent to AIDA board on a weekly basis. Great progress of 23 application screens had been wireframed which covered most of the functionality of AIDA website, and functionality and screen will be tested and proved by AIDA board and the payment will be paid to Prototyp through staged completion. Mario Zuzic had been worked closely with Prototyp, and the website is expected to function before the world championship Finland.

3. AIDA Identity design / Presented by Communication Officer, Alexandru Russu.

Due to its high level of recognition and symbolic power and also considering Assembly approval procedure issue, AIDA Board voted to return to the original “cross” shaped logo. The colors, typography and visual guidelines will be reviewed by Studio33 and they will work together with Prototyp to assure the consistency with the AIDA website design.

The project logistic leader Suzanne Borne will have conference call with President Carla Hansen, to finalize the detail of distribution. All the merchandise is expected to be ready to deliver by World Championship Finland and in any case it delays, targeting date of readiness will be World Championship in Kalamata. Once the quotation of web shop setting up is received and approved, an official contract will be signed between AIDA International and the web shop constructer, and they will work together with Prototyp to assure the consistency between AIDA official site and web shop.
