Short Brief:

I am a marine biologist studying sharks and rays related to their ecology and the interaction with humans through the international trade of these species.

I have dedicated my life to the sea, starting as a spearfishing diver at 18 years old and compiting in the water sports federation ADESUCO in the city of Coquimbo. I professionalized as a freediver in 2018 on a trip to Útila Honduras. I have been an instructor of Apnea AIDA and head of the safety diver team for the National Indoor Apnea Competitions in Ecuador since 2022. I participated as a safety diver in the Pan American Indoor Freediving Competition held in Guayaquil in November 2022.
