Short Brief:

I have been freediving since 2014 and trained with Ian Donaldson of Freedive UK. I then passed my instructor level with Stavros Kastrinakis in 2021. My real passion is spearfishing and I’ve been lucky enough to practice the fine art of hunting fish across the globe (though my favourite place to spear is in Wales of course!).

I love the water and most of my sporting activities take part in it or on it. I also surf (not that well), cold water swim, have represented the ladies GB elite in Underwater Hockey (European Championships, Porto 2010 - gold medallist) and Underwater Rugby (World Championships. Graz, Austria 2019). I’m a member of the lovely Bristol Freedivers club where I do some pool training and practice depth with my buddies.
