Safety Qualifications:
Freediving instructors and assistant instructor, professional safety freedivers.
Safety plan:
Platform with counter ballast and sonar. Competition line has 3 safety freedivers and 1 backup freediver. The deepest safety freediver with have DPV (underwater scooter). 2 warmup boys and 2 safety freedivers. The medic will be on the platform with all emergency equipment. Emergency O2 is available on the platform with multiple units (freeflow, on-demand, purge). Decompression O2 is available at surface and at depth (5m). The no.1 and no.2 safety freedivers will do daily decompression after their shift.
