Safety Qualifications:
Performance safeties: AIDA certified competition safeties, freediving instructors / master freedivers who experienced pool competition and/or EFR(or equivalent certifications) trained.
Warm-up safeties: Less experienced freediving instructors / master freedivers.
Warm-up safeties: Less experienced freediving instructors / master freedivers.
Safety plan:
Safety header Jaekwan Kim (AIDA Instructor Trainer) will consist the safety team and will lead them.
STA:
At least 1 safety will be at each lane. Experienced safety will lead warm-up safeties.
DYN/DYNB/DNF:
2 safeties will be at each performance lane and 1(or more) warm-up safety will be at warmup lane.
Depending on the number of athletes and starts, 1 or 2 performance lanes will be operated.
A qualified life guard and/or a qualified event medic will be at the medical zone with emergency oxygen.
STA:
At least 1 safety will be at each lane. Experienced safety will lead warm-up safeties.
