Pool is situated in a well populated neighborhood with immediate access to emergency services the closest first responder/ambulance

Safety plan:
Dr. Kinoshita is a medical professional who is also a freediver; He has been given a freediving safety brief by Dr. Jauni Valdivia.
If this doctor becomes unavailable I have access to several nurses who are trained in advanced cardiac support. We will have oxygen and an ambu-bag available to the medic.
If diver experiences hypoxia we will follow these guidelines
LMC: Safety will not touch the diver unless they are in immediate risk of injuring themselves (ie. hitting their head on the edge of the pool)
BO: Safety will intervene as soon as the air dips or instructed by the medic. Protocol will be 3 sets of blow, tap & talk. If there is no response the diver will be removed from the pool and handed to the medic and emergency services will be contacted. CPR and O2 will be administered at the discretion of the medic.
