Safety Qualifications:
Buoy system with counterweight into a cenote of 75m with fresh water - 15m viz- no waves nor current - 29 degrees. It will be an event only for Camila Jaber that want to break the national record in CNF, we will dive on two different days (including a rest day). Chief of safety will Rodrigo Salsas, with 3 safeties including Syria Rosales, Peter Abaji and Jorge Malverde
Safety plan:
No boat is necesary.
The cenote can be access by car and the divesite is 30m away from shore.
The doctor and and evacuation vehicle will be there at all time.
In case of emergency we will have all the basic tools near by the cenote and if there is emergency the hospital of Cancun is 50min away from the Cenote Yum Kin.
In case of decompresion issues with have to drive to Playa del Carmen at 1h15min from the cenote.
